What is the point of having an office if not one person is there to man it? Update: went to the office another day at 4:00 and guess what? No one there. Not everyone wants to deal with a something as important as insurance over a phone call. Thanks for nothing Allstate. I guess I’ll give my money to another insurance company.

The agent was very inquisitive and ask questions that ultimately gave me the best policy written specifically for me that coverages fit exactly what I need nothing more nothing less and in this case I consider that the best possible service

Allstate raised my liability rates, not a great deal, but considering that my vehicle sits in the driveway almost all the time, it's irritating. And their own app tells me that I'm not me, my email isn't valid, and neither is my phone number. All in all, I'm not very happy with this insurance.
