We have enjoyed eating at Arigato for many years. We have celebrated almost every special occasion there. In fact the last big celebration was with all four of my son's and girl friends. What made it special was my soldier son being here on R&R. He couldn't go back to Afghanistan without eating the best Japanese food around. Arigato Greensboro is by far the BEST JAPANESE restaurant on the East Coast. I travel monthly and I often try other Japanese restaurants and I am left disappointed because I do not get the same quaity or food. Not only is the food great but the serving staff, management, bar staff are delightful and the restaurant is always tidy and wll kept. I recommend this to anyone who wants a fine dining experience at a reasonable cost.

I have been eating here since I was a little kid (at least 20years). This is my all-time favorite resturant. The food is AMAZING. The cooks, bartenders and waitstaff do a great job making sure your needs are taking care of. Now I have a family of my own and my twins love going here. This is the best Japanese restuarant in the Triad area...either the Greensboro location or the Winston Salem location. I have ate at both locations. The atmosphere and service have always been top notch when ever my family and I go. The food has always been great and had great seasoning and cooked the way that you request it. I do not get to go as often as I used to since I have moved about 1.5 hours away but when ever I am in the area I make sure to go and eat there. This resturant is absolutely Wonderful!!! I try to go to Arigato's at least every few weeks. I live in the Raleigh area and a few years ago was staying in Greensboro for work. A friend and I decided to go to Arigato's for dinner. She had been there before but I had not. I absolutely feel in love with the food and the staff. I've been going to Arigato's for at least 10 years. The food is always good. Most of the time it's great! Arigato's is where we go to celebrate everything, because it's our favorite place to eat. Even my 3 year old loves it. We always go Mon-Thurs because it is less crowded and you get dessert free. I still make reservations just in case. We haven't found a Japanese Steak House that compares-at least around the Greensboro area.

I must admit I was very impressed. Not only was the food wonderful, but the service was exceptional. They are very attentive. What a good time! The other Japanese Steakhouses need to take notes from this place!
