I just visited Arigatos last friday and had an amazing dinner. There was one major downfall though. Our Waitress Jess (who was in a very sour mood already) had dropped our birthday cake that we had brought ourselves for the birthday girl. A table across from us as well as a few of the girls at our table had watched it happen. Bad Birthday Experience unfixed for over 2 years! – GOOD: I love Arigato's food and always have. Since it is expensive, I only go on a special occasion, like my birthday, half-birthday or anniversary (they mail you a discount at these times). I don't usually eat vegetables, but I will here! The sauce on the salad is great and the white "Goody-Goody" sauce is wonderful!
