I am very thankful to Dr. Arif Dalvi and his NP, Nithya Mathai. They are wonderful. So caring, professional and thorough. Great patience answering my concerns and questions, great bedside manner. I feel I am definitely in good hands at this practice.
My father is in his 90s and living with progressive Alzheimer’s disease. His insurance recently changed, and while this is not uncommon for elderly patients, Dr. Dalvi’s office handled the situation with a surprising lack of professionalism and compassion. Because of cognitive problems Dr Dalvi had ordered a series of brain scans. The amyloid PET scan and report confirmed that I hsd Alzhrimers disease and was perscribed medication to slow its progression. Dr. Dalvi is such an awesome, caring professional. Great bedside manner too. His staff is exceptional. I saw his NP Nithya for the first time today and she is so knowledgeable and kind and she listened to me. She has such a personality that made me feel as ease as soon as she walked in to see me. Top notch practice that I highly recommend ❤️
