I had a great experience working with Ariez and would highly recommend him. He was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and available whenever we had questions. Ariez was also incredibly thorough in preparing our application and supporting documents. Even the landlord’s realtor commented on how impressive and well-organized our application package was! Ariez made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we are very grateful for his hard work. 10/10 would recommend.
We had a very frustrating experience dealing with this real estate agent. Communication was extremely poor with emails from our agent going unanswered for over a week. When a response finally came, it was from his brother, despite confirmation that he was available. This level of unresponsiveness is concerning, not only for other agents but especially for his own clients, who may be missing out on serious opportunities due to lack of follow-up.
Ariez was amazing to work with! He made the whole process of finding an apartment so much easier than I expected. Super friendly, quick to respond, and always patient with my questions. I really felt like they cared about helping me find the right place, not just closing a deal. He set up viewings quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I'd definitely recommend Ariez to anyone looking for a place!
