I had went in the salon prior to getting my hair done I had talked to the owner and she said she could do it so we set a date, the day came where it was time to get my hair done the salon owner did my hair, I originally showed her a photo of what I wanted which was blonde days prior to the day we had set, she knew it was blonde to in the picture, it took about 4 hours to finish my hair after it was done I looked up it was platinum it was gray I did NOT ASK for that she never gave me a heads up or explained the process to me,... read more
