I have been here 2yrs and its been quiet and clean yeah there is some noise but we are human and whe cant float
I came in for an apartment tour. I met a super kind resident, and the office staff were very kind to me.
Never lived here but it seems decent for the price!
I have lived here through several administrations, in fact I may be the longest living tenant out here, and the administration present now is certainly the best. The facility is very well maintained and organized from the office to maintenance to every day life. Very comfortable and safe environment with very few problems that I know of. As a former corrections officer I keep an eye out for trouble but I don’t see it here. This is an updated review from maybe 8 to 10 years ago as I am still here. Management is superb and property upkeep couldn’t be better. The maintenance man is top-notch so living conditions themselves are good. Word is that 3 to 5 years from now this will be a section 8 dominated area in over the last few years lower income and people with kids have been gotten moving in whereas before they’re simply were very few.
