I ordered a bouquet and although it was beautiful it was not what I ordered. I called Ariel's to let them know and they offered to send another bouquet to my friend. It was equally as beautiful. I will continue to use Ariel's. Great customer service!
Perfection I have used Ariel's many times for many diffferent occasions. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you decide exactly what you are looking for and able to help you stay within your budget. The flowers are bright and beautiful and last quite a long time. I received a basket from this florist on Valentines Day. It was a mix of plants and flowers. The flowers looked like something picked out of the yard and the colors in no way went together. It was the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. I wouldn not recommend this florist to anyone- EVER
Ariel's is the best! Everyone at Ariel's is so friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. I was pleased with their service and their timely delivery. And the flowers were gorgeous and lasted a long time!

Ariels did the flowers for my wedding in 2009 and they were beautiful. We use thier sevices offten and love every thing they offer. my husband get flowers sent to the house on special occations for my self and his mom and my mom who lives further away.
Call another local Florist! Very unprofessional customer service. When we called this florist (which was recommended by the funeral home) we were made to feel like we were bothering them. I have had to request a receipt a couple of times for a single order.
