What stood out? After arriving for a scheduled appointment and going through submitting insuraance cards, being signed in, temperature, bp and weight taken placed in a room, history taken, then waiting for at least 30 minutes, Dr. Levitan came in sat down and informed me she was not taking new patients! What? I spent my time expecting a new doctor and I went home, later to find out she billed me for a visit, I should have billed her for a waste of my time! I've been seeing Dr. Levitan for more than 10 years. She always responds to my questions quickly and offers high-quality advice. I'm always confident her decisions are in my best interest with the least invasive but still the quickest path to good health.
Dr. Levitan was my primary care physician for 5 years. I had gone to her for sleep issues and something to reduce my anxiety and depression. She was cold,not empathetic and told me these words exactly “Not sleeping has never killed anyone.” You decide on your own.
Bad- very rushed and shows little empathy
She is amazing. Is very caring and competent. Great communicator
