I highly recommend Arielle if you are committed to changing patterns and behaviour that no longer serve you. I just completed the 8 week FFP course and it has been life changing! We dug deep and unpacked all the limiting beliefs that were holding me back and it gave me the clarity and strength that I needed to move forward in my life. Arielle has been with me on my health journey for roughly 8 years. Through my teenage years I dealt with Chronic Fatigue syndrome and the mental health challenges that came with it. I have seen Arielle for kinesiology, reiki, timeline reset protocol, and many other treatments. The healing she has provided me is invaluable.
