I had an appointment with Dr. Friedman today at the banner children’s specialists urology clinic. I left very upset. My child has an issue that I’ve been seeking help for the past few months and the pediatrician referred us out here. I arrived with many questions and concerns for this appointment but I left feeling worse than how I had come. She was extremely unprofessional and plain rude. The worst appt and complete waste of my time! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! If you want someone to actually listen to you and suggest treatment for your child save your time and money and go somewhere else! I went here after months of issues and went to this dr thinking I would get help seeing a “specialist” to be in a room for three minutes with a Dr that never even looked at the months of history I provided her! Dr. Friedman recently did a procedure on my my son (kidney stone removal) we were very nervous and had tons of questions, she not only answered our questions but educated us and also listened and valued our concerns. We thank God for her, and we highly recommend her
