Coming from right up the road at Pointe Grand Apartments and all I gotta say is, New is NOT better. We broke our lease there. That’s how bad it was. Ariel Springs so far has been great. Very quiet compared to Pointe Grand. You don’t have anyone above you unless you choose that option. My fiancé and I got the one with the garage so no more having to drive around for 20 minutes just to have to park a mile away from our apartment. The Management here has been far more helpful and friendly as well. And maintenance has been great... read more
