Management sucks really bad. Can't ever get a hold of anyone if there is a problem and you get violation on the daily

Stupid is as stupid does. Absolutely get everything in writing. They are professional deflectors and gaslighters with zero accountability. Hope that someone treats them this horrible when they are struggling!
The manager here acts suspicious; when dealing with them make sure to have EVERYTHING in writing because she will deny she ever spoke to you.
Horrible management.
