Ariel has clearly lived a lot of life and it shows. She sits with you and relates from deep personal experience. The kind that only comes from consistently showing up and being seen in this world. While only an hour, our session created a powerful shift in how I relate to myself and the world. If you’re looking for a safe space to speak the truest things in your heart, I highly recommend her.

I had the privilege and pleasure of meeting Ariel at a wellness event in Delray Beach. I was immediately captivated by her energy. I met Ariel about 10 years ago through friends and have been seeing her for 1-2 massages per year ever since.
