I do not post reviews publicly often, but felt I had to say something to help others ordering from this flower shop. I try to support local businesses often, but Ariel Potomac is a scam and I highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. I ordered an Easter centerpiece this year for $247. Unfortunately, we had a sudden death in our family and I emailed and called a week in advance to cancel my order. Since then, I have called or texted 7+ times to be issued a refund. I was really stunned by how elegant and well-balanced the arrangement looked in person. The flowers were vibrant, fragrant, and arranged in a way that felt both natural and sophisticated.
