I can't bring myself to give a full five stars because while the apartments are beautiful, spacious and decently priced, the neighborhood is questionable. Kids run around unsupervised, jump in front of cars, play on the dumpsters and recycle bins. Then more often than not people are screaming at each other. This Apt complexes ground is allowing homeless people camping out on their property and continuing to lower property values of the houses in the neighborhood. Had the police out here a few times and this Apt complex does nothing.
