Shit apartments. they legit don’t care about anything but money. You put in a request for maintenance it takes them forever to actually do the job and not only that they will delete your request then charge you saying you never put in those requests if you are looking for cheap apartments go somewhere else not this shit place
Community manager is sick more than she's present at work and she stated that she's a realtor? I guess if I had two jobs and I didn't want to work both I would just call out sick, use of the sick time and go make money. Who cares about the residents that you promised to get back to you right? Amber? You don't care! You've made that very, very very clear by you're entitled attitude. And everybody sees it and nobody likes you.
The office is open 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and closed for 1 hour lunch. Stop by or email the office to set up an appointment.
The female Manager AMBER on property is extremely rude and treats us tenants horribly. She took a garage from a tenant when they had been waiting for months and told them to deal with it because she is the manager. She also makes no time fort anyone in office and rushes them out and does not take the time to have a real talk with anyone when we all have serious and valid concerns.
