She diagnosed me with CKD via my chart in September, and I haven’t seen her since. I got more information regarding my diagnosis from the dietitian and others, and a doctor friend. When I asked for a nephrologist referral, she wrote in her notes that she ‘reassured’ me before making a referral her that was not necessarily recommended. Dr. Chung is thorough and asks good questions without making me feel like she’s checking boxes from some questionnaire she has to complete. She’s very solutions-oriented, and friendly too. She is definitely one of my favorite PCPs I’ve ever had.
