The worksite stayed clean throughout. No debris left behind, and the roof looks crisp and tight.
Our roof displayed some rather unsightly marks, and we were anxious that it might be mold. It ultimately turned out to be aged algae, and they removed it and performed some protective sealing. It appears nearly brand new now.
Appreciated that they didn’t pressure us into buying more. They came to us with choices and honored our choice to focus on repairs at the moment. We may consider them for a complete replacement in a few years down the line.
