The first time I took my vacuum in, it was serviced within a week, and I got my vacuum back working as expected. 2 months later, I ordered/installed a new powerhead. I do not assume this malfunction was a result of bad service; it was just its time to be replaced. It then worked as expected for over a year. Recently, this Dyson, was not locking upright. We are looking for a central vacuum system and they had several sizes to select from. They answered all of our questions. They were great to work with.
Was able to order a new motor for a 30 year old Eureka canister vacuum. Furthermore, the owners saved me $40.00 by explaining how to install the new motor.
The man that runs this with his Mom is a really good guy.
