Eli is an outstanding landlord. He’s professional, responsive, and always makes sure the property is well taken care of. Communication is easy and reliable, and he goes above and beyond to create a positive living experience. The property itself is beautiful — especially the bathrooms- and it’s clear how much care goes into maintaining it. Truly the best landlord I’ve ever had!
Eli was the best landlord I’ve ever had hands down. I am someone who moved all the way from the east coast and as a first time living in Los Angeles I never thought my landlord could help me feel so at home. He was always checking up on us, providing us whatever we needed. His staff is very responsive and they are constantly taking care of the grounds. This review will be the easiest I've ever written because Eli is the best landlord I've ever had. When my partner and I started our apartment search in West Hollywood, it was difficult to find a place that rated highly. When we arrived for our tour, Eli welcomed us in with espresso and immediately was transparent about his reviews and how he takes care of his properties.
