Eli is a unicorn among Los Angeles landlords. He truly cares about each tenant and pet. I lived in one of his properties for a year and a half. When I moved in, there was a welcome bag of snacks waiting for me, and that set the tone. Eli always answered texts promptly and solved problems within a day. He paid his handyman to mount shelves, hang my artwork, and switch out light fixtures so I could use smart bulbs, plus offered free painting if I wanted a color on my walls.
