This guy sold me a used 2008 Toyota Camry bumper replacement for $200 cash. The part had no VIN number reference of the vehicle it was removed from. He issued me a receipt which I somehow lost. When I took my car for salvage inspection, they asked me to call he seller of the bumper for a duplicate receipt showing VIN of the previous host vehicle. They take a long time to answer calls and messages; after numerous attempts, someone finally picked up—but responded rudely.
Completely unprofessional & I wouldn’t even waste the time of day calling the place, let alone giving them any of my money. Extremely rude & totally off topic.
The owner was super nice and friendly, answered the phone quickly. Answered my questions and was very helpful. I was hesitant based off of some older reviews, but he was a honest guy and it was fun talking to him! Hope to do business in the future!
