Had an appointment for cleaning/seal on the kitchen and dining floor on Saturday. The floor was so dirty before the cleaning and covered in dirt. The results are amazing! I actually didn't know the floor was a beautiful color. It has not looked this good since we moved in! in the last week This company is outstanding in every way! The technician worked almost 3 hours (longer than expected) to clean my sofa, love seat & chair (all over-sized) and did not charge me extra. All other quotes I got from local companies were $100 to $200 more. My furniture came out just beautiful and the technician was so hard working, friendly and professional. So was the person I talked to over the phone. I will only use them from now on and refer all my friends to them as well. Thank you Arias!
Arias carpet cleaning is the best. They cleaned my tile floor and it just looks amazing. All of my guest who have come over are impressed. I highly recommend them. The are very professional and dedicated at their work. All at a reasonable price.
I had my carpet cleaned yesterday A.m., as we are preparing for the arrival of our Baby any day. We were completely satisfied with the service. Job was actually done a lot better then I expected. We have white carpets in every room with2 small dogs and 2 daughters, so there were spots we thought would not come out, but some how they made it happen! We just used Arias' services today for deep cleaning our crème colored 3-piece sectional sofa and our entire carpet area ( living room, 5 bedrooms, loft, and stairs). Very pleased with Clemente Arias' prices and work. He did not cut any corners and took his time. I did not expect that sofa that has been abuse for the past three plus years by two toddlers and many family gatherings to look brand new again. So pleased, Clemente is now coming back tomorrow to clean the remaining tile flooring.
