I specifically booked an appointment with Yulie Kim, but another stylist cut my hair instead without informing me beforehand. It wasn’t until halfway through my haircut that I realized the person cutting my hair was not the stylist I had booked. If a salon needs to change a customer’s stylist, the least they can do is inform the customer in advance and ask for their consent. I had a wonderful experience at Arianna Hair Boutique and cannot recommend Jina enough! Not only did she give me a fantastic haircut, but she also took the time to truly educate me on her process and what works best for my specific hair type. It’s rare to find a stylist who is both incredibly skilled and so willing to share their expertise. If you are looking for a true, high-quality Korean stylist experience, Jina is the absolute best. I will definitely be back!
Jina did an amazing job on our streamer NotDebPark's hair. She was so happy with her hair she started dancing lol Jina paid close attention and made recommendations that suited Deb's hair thickness and her face. It came out perfect. The salon is also beautifully designed too!
