I recently tried some diabetic, friendly cookies, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed them not only were they delicious but they also didn’t spike my blood sugar level, which is a huge relief is great to know that I can indulge in a tasty treat without worrying about my diabetes management. These cookies use alternative sweeteners and healthier ingredients making them a guilt free option that I’m definitely enjoying again.
