It's very well kept up (grounds). Some homes look as if they haven't been pressure washed in years. You can expect some neighbors from the north who are very clickish and we have one who sits outside from daylight to dark and watches EVERYTHING. He doesn't like animals, certain cars, how things are done in Florida (yet won't go back to New York).
