It's very well kept up (grounds). Some homes look as if they haven't been pressure washed in years. You can expect some neighbors from the north who are very clickish and we have one who sits outside from daylight to dark and watches EVERYTHING. He doesn't like animals, certain cars, how things are done in Florida (yet won't go back to New York). We have Owned here for several Years. Been coming here for years. Now into our 32nd. Beautiful Park. Well secured. Great Neighbours. Highly recommended. Sad to say we may be Selling Spring if 2020 due to health issues. We are from Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada. Have had a good run at it. Our Home is Lot 71. Great Location. Right across from Club House and Pool. Your looking for a well secured Enviorment then this is the place. Cheers. Norman C Raynes.

Nice park!😍 Have friends who live there. The had new homes for sale last season, but I wasn't ready to move!
