I booked a keratin treatment through Groupon with Kathy . While booking for the appointment , she asked me don’t but the Groupon, I can give you the same price. When I told her I already bought the Groupon , she told she will charge additional for the length which is no where mentioned in the Groupon. So I desperately needed a haircut before starting a new job, I walked around all of Riviera village and went into every salon/barbershop and asked if they could do a mens haircut. Everywhere said no....even though they were just sitting there. BUT when I walked into Ariana's she told me to sit down. She was already staying late with another customer and decided to fit me in as well. She was efficient and got it done at the highest caliber. I contacted Mimi yesterday via text, and she asked me to show my current hair pics. I sent her my photo when I was at spa, and looked how she responded to me. And on top of that she told me to add $60 extra I already purchased from Groupon, might as well dont buy from groupon if u gonna trick your client to pay addition.
