I'm very impressed with the community. The maintenance team is fantastic and completes all my service requests in a timely manner. The amenities are a great addition and contribute to a convenient lifestyle. The community offers features like a resort-style pool, a fitness center, and a dog park. They also have a smart locker system for packages, which makes things a lot easier. Great 2 year experience with this complex.
I will say for the most part, these apartments are cool to live at. Pretty quiet if your unit isn’t on the main road, or if lawn care wasn’t cutting almost every other day…(which keeps the property nice) yet working from home or off work its suck!!! Car wash, has only worked with very low water pressure for a brief moment in the 13 months I been here. (so Sad! But it’s advertised as it does) I bet it’s a part they’re waiting on… At times I hook my on water hose up to it. Works well then! (Iam no rocket science,but…. Fill in ... read more
