Good groupon deal! I purchased a groupon for $15 for 1 gel manicure (valued at $30). It was my first time in the salon. It wasn't super fancy or anything, but the girl who did my n ails (Janette) was really nice and pretty careful and detailed. They had a large selection (20-30) colors to choose from for my gel manicure. Doing gel is generally more expensive, but worht it because it's not supposed to chip, so it should last at least 2 weeks. Plus, it looks super shiny! Great haircut and great products – I recently came to Ariada for a haircut which I was really impressed by... I rarely change stylists, but my friend recommended that I go last minute. They also have a good selection of products for a reasonable price. I know that I picked up some Moroccan Oil there for less than I usually spend.
Valentino's is great....Leah is awesome! I found this salon thru a friend's referral. It's in this cute area called Kenneth Village, and you think you're going the wrong way as you pass through a residential area. Best parking is in the alley behind the salon (look for green awning in back that says "salon and spa") The salon was clean inviting and very pretty. No one was pushy or snotty. I love my hair! Marisa is my stylist and I've followed her to this location and I love her!! She does such a great job, i love my hair and she always makes me feel and look great!! We have great conversations and she really listens to me about how I want my hair. I'm sooo tired of hair dresser's doing what they want and not what I want! She's wonderful!! The salon is cute and they do massages, facials, nails and waxing...pretty much everything!!
Valentino's Salon & Spa This is a very nice family-owned salon in Kenneth Village in Glendale, CA. Suzie, my stylist, is great - and does very hip styles. Great short cuts too. They offer nail, massage, hair removal services as well. There is parking in front, or just up the street in the parking lot. Enjoy!
I COULDN'T GO ELSEWHERE!! This Place is just beautiful, EVERYONE who works here is either very happy or very good at pretending. I think they are all absolutely wonderful and friendly! I finally found someone who cuts and styles my hair the way I ask! Leah.... You are my favorite! Not a single person here is pushy or rude. This place is soooo nice, and looks so home like inside!
