Do not rent from Aria properties. To be attempting to rent properties in the tenuous job market of 2025 - “Christopher” is probably the most rude individual I’ve interacted with in a long time. I was interested in leasing one of his properties but chose to remain in my current space. I am glad I made that decision going off my gut instinct. Awful and disrespectful to the core. I was seriously considering this company until I read how the owner responds to reviews he doesn’t like. Instead of taking feedback professionally, he comes off as defensive and dismissive, which is a huge red flag for me. It says a lot about how issues might be handled if you're a client. On the bright side, I found an amazing alternative—Joon Management. Their professionalism and responsiveness have been excellent. Highly recommend checking them out!
I had a very disappointing experience with Christopher, the owner/broker at Aria Properties. His tone was aggressive and dismissive throughout the conversation, and he ultimately hung up on me without resolving the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere if you're seeking respectful, reliable communication.
Absolute nightmare of a company. Christopher is slow to respond to issues if they get addressed at all. The property we rented was highly overpriced for the quality. After a year of us spending our own money improving the subpar property, Christopher had the nerve to charge us to cut down landscaping that had died in a freeze, an act of God. Christopher grew up in Nashville, has built dozens of homes and commercial buildings, and is extremely responsive to every request. I can't recommend Aria Properties highly enough.
