Carpet cleaning
We stayed here for 4.5 years and paid over $80,000 in rent. When we moved out, they charged us $1,775 for paint, carpet cleaning and changing light bulbs. Do you not expect to paint an apartment after a resident spending almost 5 years in an apartment??
I have one word. Prison. This place felt like it man. Just looking outside eating my morning breakfast and I see a landlord riding on his/her golf cart looking right at me. Just consistently looking for issues and for what people are doing. We felt... trapped. The apartments themselves are extremely nice but man I never felt at home. Was too afraid to have my windows open, too afraid to be on my back patio, too afraid to open my garage door.
