good pharmacy. the staff is very nice
The worse place I have ever been. Very rude and unhelpful! After couple of months, I went to get my medicine , the lady who worked there never listened to my request just repeated by laud voice, “you don’t have a proscription”! This all happened while I was already informed that I have my medicine ready to pick up !
Great experience with Dr. Noorani! They are very patient and knowledgeable, always putting customers first. Customer service of staff is excellent. Highly recommended!
I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy with Dr. Nasrin Nourani. I had actually called ahead and confirmed everything before going to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. Despite this prior coordination, she completely lost her temper, her face turned red, and she started screaming at me in front of everyone inside the pharmacy. Later, when I texted her to ask why she had shouted at me, she called me back between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, screaming and threatening me over the phone. One of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely rude, careless, and unprofessional staff. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing, and the communication is absolutely terrible. The doctor was dismissive and unhelpful, and the employees acted like helping customers was a burden. Long waits, poor attitude, zero respect, and no accountability at all. I honestly regret wasting my time coming here. I would strongly advise people to avoid this pharmacy completely and go somewhere that actually cares about patients
