I wanna say how much me and my roommate enjoyed our stay here at Aria on Mill. The leasing agent Karen Taylor has been exceptional at her job and welcoming us to the community. I’d recommend this place to any college student looking to be near the campus and in Tempe.
I had a great experience touring this property. Karen was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. You can tell she takes pride in her work and loves the property. I would definitely check out this property. You will not be disappointed
I love Aria on Mill Apartments, Karen is one of the best property managers I have ever had she always goes above and beyond to ensure your happy and everything is done in a quickly manner!
Horrible place to live. I’ll be posting more when I get my final move out statement. There is absolutely a reason this place has a low score and management is absolutely a huge part of that problem.
Excellent place to live!!! From the landscape of the grounds to the staff running the complex, you won't find anything better. Karen(our property manager) is fabulous! She loves all her residents and builds relationships with all of us. Our maintenance professional Brad is super friendly and always makes time to help. He keeps our community looking nice and our pools crystal clean! Staff can be reached anytime day or night. Honestly, living here is like being in a 5 star hotel. Definitely recommend.
