Ive been staying here for a year and every time I got a repair request the office responded speedily. 5 stars for the manager named Karen who runs the office extremely well!
We stay in the back of the apartment and had very horrible pigeon problems but Karen the new manager is pretty efficient when handling matters on the property and thank you for the nets for the pigeons they really make a big difference.
I had a wonderful time barbecuing for the tenants and community pool side and met so many nice people Thank you Karen for the hospitality
My visit was welcoming and friendly feeling as though you mattered. Thank your Karen for your caring nature.
I have a lower rating for this place because I live here. The pools are horribly manage, the smaller one often getting terrible treatment. Both pools have hot tubs but neither of them are either warm or hot! The cleaning crew is really great and the atmosphere is nice. It just really guts me the wrong way to know that the pool I'm allowed access to isn't up to standards I see other apartments do.. for the same price none the less!
