Excellent place to live!!! From the landscape of the grounds to the staff running the complex, you won't find anything better. Karen(our property manager) is fabulous! She loves all her residents and builds relationships with all of us. Our maintenance professional Brad is super friendly and always makes time to help. He keeps our community looking nice and our pools crystal clean! Staff can be reached anytime day or night. Honestly, living here is like being in a 5 star hotel. Definitely recommend.

Having lived here for three years I genuinely love this property. It is very nicely located near ASU, there are bus stops right out on the street. There is a traffic light allowing safe left turns to go to campus. Karen the property manager and Brad the maintenance clearly take pride in the property. They have put up netting to keep the pigeon away from our patios. They are also taking on extra work duties after we had a water main break on the street. Ive been staying here for a year and every time I got a repair request the office responded speedily. 5 stars for the manager named Karen who runs the office extremely well!
