The staff and medical teams here are the best. They are dedicated and work well together for benefit of the patients. I was treated with respect and kindness which meant the world to me. Central scheduling is a mess, 1hr and 45 min on hold to schedule an MRI,
The doctor was actually no help at all with my condition they only prescribed over-the-counter medication after four days my condition got worse I return to Jefferson urgent care saw a different Physician and again they only prescribed over-the-counter medication you get better advice from a pharmacist I ended up having to pay for both visits with my Medicare and supplemental cost me over $200 waste the time and money.
Just an FYI- in Jefferson Methodist Hospital and had a bed bug on my bed. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere if you need immediate treatment. Pretty disgusted with the place right now.

They Have an amazing staff, Grateful for my life, they saved me and went far and beyond. 4th fl ICU and 1st fl. I was treated with love and respect. Love you all.
