Awful. I had Doctor Marc Heller. Id rather go to a minuet clinic now. Refered me to a doctor also in Aria just to be told nothing was wrong with me as i gained 30 pounds in 2 weeks, felt horrible and was not ok. Went to a new specialist and I’m great now. 2 months later im having out sourced blood work bills sent to me and i was charged 100$ for a bloodwork review on tele-health and he told me stuff i already knew. Absolutely horrible group of doctors.
Once was a great practice but standards have fallen way off. On call is not on the same page as the practice. Promised me a phone call on Monday. I ended up having to call them. Reaction to my situation ranged from apathy to indifference by office staff. Finally got a tele visit. Was promised a call from testing center within 72 hours. That was exactly 1 week ago. Still waiting for that call. No one from the office did a follow up to check my condition either.
Hire a new, professional, process driven, caring Office Manager.
RecommendedJust got home from an appointment with Amy, Nurse Practitioner. She is thorough, kind, compassionate and she listens. I have seen her four times now and she has always been great. I have also seen Dr. Christine Martino, a few times, and she is excellent. Their Assistant, Shawn, is wonderful too. She is kind and listens as well. I have been going here for over 40 years and, yes, there have been numerous changes. Some of which were hard to accept but I will continue going to Neshaminy Medical PC. New patients to the office. We had our first appointment yesterday 3/6. The wait was quick, office staff was nice. Our nurse was friendly and the Dr. (Dr.Heller) was great.
Horrible. I have been going to this office for a very long time and they have gone down hill and off a ledge. Their staff is terrible. Wait time is terrible. No respect. They only cover themselves and don't care about the patient. Find somewhere else to go.
Been coming here forever - love our doctors and the staff is great.
