These people have no customer service skills Very unprofessional Did a regular pedi and gel acrylic mani on Wed. By sat toe nails stripping and list 3 nails on my hand Called them to let them know because I flew out on Thursday, so when I got back, I would come in Got in today, and they have a problem fixing my nails. I think they are using old products so it is not effective The man is extremely rude
The owner a man named Tim is beyond rude. He is so rough during the service, he’s cut and bruised my nails. He doesn’t apologize or acknowledge what he’s done. Just continued the service like NOTHING happened. You can tell he’s miserable and hates his job. He watches YouTube while servicing or on the phone. His wife is lovely and much friendlier. They have two children, one runs around all day and they have their small dog running loose through the entire establishment.. that is not friendly, they warn you not to touch it. P... read more
