Very rude staff. I had booked a 9:30 appointment and they confirmed it but when I got there there was no one there. The lady that did my nails was as very rude and seemed irritated that I was there and said “why so early” even though they confirmed the appointment? She was also very sloppy with my nails and was not nice during the appointment. Just seemed like she was rushing the entire time so she could be done.
It’s really sad how unorganized this nail shop has become. I called ahead of time to ask if they have time for an acrylic set and a pedicure. They said yes if I can be there as soon as possible and I was there within 20 minutes when I got there I got my pedicure done and waited over 30 minutes to be told that I can get my acrylic set after closing time but I still have to wait another 20 minutes. This place is a complete nightmare!!! I paid $100 for press ons nail quality that FELL OFF!!!!! I got a full set with tip their MENU says $53 to my surprise they charged me $100 I left with my thumb bleeding from how rushed and dry job she did. My nails had horrible shape underneath and kept getting latched on my clothes. I should’ve called the next day to ask why they had charged me $100 when then menu said $53 but I figured she was charging me a whole other $50 for gel polish so I let it go. Pedicure experience with Laura was horrible. She nicked my third toe, no apology, just applied some green solution to treat it without asking. I had no clue what she had used. So I asked to see the bottle and it's called "Infalab" and luckily I was not alllergic to it. On top of this, I asked her to shape my nails as "square round". My left toe is square and my right toe is square round. They're asymmetrical smh. Then she smudged my polish with her shirt, accidents happen, I get it.
