I got a basic pedicure and gel-X. I typically do my own gel-x but I’m pregnant and am just tired. Hally was so nice and interactive. I’ll request her next time. Vi was nice and did a good pedicure. Coming in a Wednesday evening is much more calmer than a weekend day.

Very rude staff. I had booked a 9:30 appointment and they confirmed it but when I got there there was no one there. The lady that did my nails was as very rude and seemed irritated that I was there and said “why so early” even though they confirmed the appointment? She was also very sloppy with my nails and was not nice during the appointment. Just seemed like she was rushing the entire time so she could be done.

It’s really sad how unorganized this nail shop has become. I called ahead of time to ask if they have time for an acrylic set and a pedicure. They said yes if I can be there as soon as possible and I was there within 20 minutes when I got there I got my pedicure done and waited over 30 minutes to be told that I can get my acrylic set after closing time but I still have to wait another 20 minutes.
