Completely disappointed as well as disrespected. I make sure to make an appointment every single time, appointment made and my wait is always an hour out.EVERY SINGLE TIME! Arrived on time and per usual, waited and waited and waited. An hour later, still not started. In the meantime, as I sat around, my appt was booked. Kim was absolutely wonderful!! She was so patient and really captured the image I was going for on my nails! I’m very happy with them!!
Kim is the best! Always takes her time and gets me in whenever i need it! I’ve been booking her for a while now and have no complaints!
