I am normally very happy w my services but my last 2 visit I was not especially today w my tech that’s usually good and much faster!! Not only was it an almost 3 hour appointment upon check out I’ve never paid $120 for cash pay, there was a $5 charge to add clear polish, a $5 charge to shape because 2 broke upon soaking which in turn was $10 more the % off for paying cash didn’t come off so I had to pay an extra $7 making it $127 I will look for a cheaper place that won’t take 3 hours!!
Came out of town to visit ,and I had a good experience. I loved the atmosphere. And Phillip did a good job . Thank you I will come back again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon due to the way I was treated by the receptionist. When I initially called, the 17-year-old receptionist was rude and dismissive on the phone. I remained calm and respectful despite her tone. When I arrived she acted like a snobby brat so I simply asked if she was the one I spoke with then I simply and calmly told her she was a smart ass and very disrespectful which is uncalled for. Love this place. Its the only place I can go to that doesnt have me fixing my own toe nails due to ingrown nails. They do a great job
