Convenient location is why I gave one star. I went in for a manicure and Tyler #7 was terrible. He huffed and puffed the whole time. I ended up just getting clear polish so that I could get out quick.
Very disappointed with my experience. I was overcharged for a service that was poorly done from start to finish. My cuticle was cut badly enough that it bled and was painful, and the polish was applied onto my cuticles. They also put 5–6 layers of polish, leaving my nails extremely thick, puffy, and uneven. The final result looks messy and nothing like a professional manicure. I have this shop two chances. Both were french pedi. First was okay, lines were a bit wonky. Second was today. The man doing my toes kept complaining that using regular polish for french is too hard, he filed my toenails rounded for a french which made them look weird, the lines are crooked and unclean. Additionally he cut my cuticle and had to keep taking off the polish to redo it which made the cut burn so bad from the nail polish remover.
