I have followed Kelly to 4 different Salons. She's amazing. Where she goes...I go. LOL She does NOT allow me to pick my colors or designs...she chooses ..and its always amazing!!! She is an incredible artist. If you have a special event....& you don't take MY slot... see Kelly. LOL
Kelly is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! Her work is always absolutely beautiful and incredibly consistent every single time. She’s also the fastest nail tech I’ve ever used without ever sacrificing quality. On top of her amazing talent, she is so friendly, kind, and welcoming, which makes every appointment such a great experience. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for gorgeous nails and exceptional service!
We made an appointment for 12 only to be told Spence we didn’t request a certain person it’s like walking in off the street. This was not communicated to us on the phone nor when we arrived. We sat there for 30 minutes and then left when they had no idea when we would be taken. We will never return to the place
horrible never go here i got my nails done and didn’t like how the nail artist did them so i asked the manager if i could get them fixed and i got them fixed by Lisa which she always does a good job but she had clients booked and the guy who did my nails originally got up screamed in my face and told me that i should just book with Lisa next time because he will never touch my nails ever again and was so rudeeee!
The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Kaylee who helped me with color selections and checking in. The Technician Tracy, did a fabulous but thorough job without rushing. The space is calming, beautiful and relaxing!
