Came in for mani/pedi: Going through serious growing pains. Technician messed up gel french manicure several times. Finally someone stepped in to fix and help. atmosphere nice but chair was dusty, poured cold water for feet and staff kept apologizing for everything that was going wrong giving excuses for poor service, stating "new place means new technicians and they don't know what everyone can do yet".
