FRAUD - They took my money for membership and other services and are not even answering the phone call. Looks like it is temporarily closed now but I was never informed. I don't know how to get my money back now.
The closure of this business without informing the customers and not refunding the money they received full and left without completion of services is absolutely unprofessional. I paid huge amount at once and got only 2/5 sessions, if I knew they would do this I wouldn’t at first place go there or at least wouldn’t pay the full amount. I advise you to pay only per session any services anywhere. Keep yourselves at safe side.
No one is answering its been more than a month, ill have to work with the bank for refunds
They posted a “temporarily closed” sign, but no dates were listed. I already paid in advance for services, and now I’m not sure what to do. The last time I spoke with them was on 10/21/25, and my appointment was scheduled for 11/12/25. I even received an automated reminder to confirm the appointment, only to arrive and find this confusing closure notice. It turns out they shut down well before the reminder was sent. I started to get my full body laser done. Technician who was doing my laser was amazing. She gives proper instructions on what to do and what not to going forward. I would recommend this place 10/10 Edit (11/22/25): My third laser appointment was on November 2nd 2025 and after reaching there I saw a note on the glass saying there are closed temporarily for some circumstances.
