(as of 11/4/25) Been trying to call for an appointment, but received no response to voicemail or email. Automated message has no indication of a temporary closure. Decided to go in-person and saw the attached announcement on the door. Unfortunate, as we pre-paid hundreds of dollars for future massages, but will update the rating as appropriate if/when they open back up.
I called Aria MediSpa to inquire about their services, but the staff member hung up on me before I could finish speaking. I wasn’t given a chance to ask questions or explain myself. This level of rudeness is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customer service is a key part of the experience, and sadly, this interaction left me very disappointed. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others.
Outstanding visit. MJ was excellent for Pilates and then yin. Kelly was great for meditation. It was a wonderful experience for me. Thank you
