Prepaid for laser hair removal still had 5 sessions left. They went and closed and now I am not sure how to retrieve my money back. Paid almost $700 for these services. Please let your customers know that you’ll be shutting down and reimburse them for services they have already paid for.
I prepaid over $1500 to have massages and sauna for my surgery recovery and I have not been able to schedule anything. No one answers the phone, no one returns my call. Now I see signs up they aren’t there. I literally JUST PAID $1500 to have services and a YEARS LONG MEMBERSHIP, and then they close!?!? I am aware of the male owners issues, but the female owner under my understanding was taking over fully. FRAUD - They took my money for membership and other services and are not even answering the phone call. Looks like it is temporarily closed now but I was never informed. I don't know how to get my money back now.
The closure of this business without informing the customers and not refunding the money they received full and left without completion of services is absolutely unprofessional. I paid huge amount at once and got only 2/5 sessions, if I knew they would do this I wouldn’t at first place go there or at least wouldn’t pay the full amount. I advise you to pay only per session any services anywhere. Keep yourselves at safe side.
No one is answering its been more than a month, ill have to work with the bank for refunds
