I have sent my insurance card and information to their email address to become a new patient as their process states, 30 days ago, with a follow up request 8 days ago, and still no scheduled appointment. I have blue cross, so insurance is not an issue. The lady said they would expedite my request. I called today for a status check and still no resolution. If u don’t want me as a patient, just say that!

He intently listens and wisely responds to all data gathered so patient assessments are completely aligned with necessary tests to ensure accurate diagnoses leading to correct treatments and prescriptive measures!
