The owner was incredibly kind and replaced my watch battery/polished my partner's silver pendant!! Great prices and great conversationalist. Needless to say, I'll be back!
The best service! I had a silver pendant that held tremendous setimental value, it had gotten very dirty and tarnished and I was so nervous to get it cleaned. The owner Ms. Ly polished it so well it made my family and I tear it. I would highly recommend ARIA for jewelry cleaning or anything else, she is very knowledgeable and kind.
They did an amazing job on fixing my necklace. They were transparent about cost and worked with me to find the best option for repair. Really kind too!
My wife, a happy Aria customer, suggested I bring my vintage Rolex--21st birthday present to myself--to Aria. I was torn, because Rolex Canada charges heavily for a refresh, and warns that there are myriad scamps who claim to be able to work on watches like mine. When it came back, my Submariner looked like the day I bought it in November of 1972. It is now running flawlessly, and well within the best accuracy settings I've had yet, even from Rolex -- who would have charged four times as much.
