I booked the “De-Puff Eye” treatment, but it turned out to be just a regular facial — nothing specifically focused on depuffing the eyes. I sent a lengthy email of my experience to the company. I won’t go into detail. My experience was not relaxing. Although the staff was very pleasant… the treatment was not my standard. Using cold cream/ lotion, a Luke warm/ cold towel while putting the blanket back on my body was not a great feeling. The bed was not warming. The AC was too cold. I did get complementary wine! That was the best part of my experience . For the price I paid….. definitely would have expected something immaculate

A wonderful and relaxing facial! But then, a nightmare begins... Girl "G," lacking any human empathy and sense of tact, rudely and aggressively began pushing a fraudulent product at unrealistic prices on me and tried to sell it by any means necessary.
