Great bed side manner. He was thorough and compassionate
Dr Perkins (whom I never met) said he saw me at Norwalk Hospital after a car accident. I have never met this man never have I ever been treated by Dr Ari Perkins however there is a bill from him that he never submitted to the insurance company or to me directly because I assume he was afraid of fraud. He has since given over this "bill" to a collection agency and it is impossible to reach him (try). I believe him to be a fraud and take advantage of insurance componaies. He doesn't have an office
