I called this office today, July 21, 2026, around 3:00 PM, because I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Ezratty. The only thing I asked was if they accept Medicare. The lady who answered the phone kept telling me to call my insurance company. I even told her I could give her my Medicare ID number if she needed to check, but she kept saying, “No, you have to call your insurance.” So I did. I waited almost an hour just to get connected.
