Avoid doing business with these people at all costs. They do not care about you as a client. The way they conduct business is only if it’s anything to do with their pocketbooks. GREED, RUDE and they do not care about your concerns. They are all POS.
In my opinion these are Landlords that engage highly in bullying, intimidation, tortuous interference of business relationships, and down right greed. I feel the last comment of "Borderline slumlord" seems about right. Barak Is reasonable but his younger brother VP Scott is very emotional and inexperienced.
