Sutter Health has become something of a pest owing to a periodic lack of knowledge coupled with a few faulty administrative procedures. The emails are unrelenting – approximately 5 per appointment. At one point I had over 45 emails in my inbox – 33 had come from Sutter Health. My GP Norway advised that the Oncology Department wanted copies of the scans and supporting paperwork that had been used to determine my need for Tagrisso.
