I wish there was a zero rating because this was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience that I have ever had with a mechanic. I called to set an appointment to check a code I got on my Equinox. I was able to get an appointment first thing this morning and my car was fixed within an hour. I am so grateful to ARI Auto and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Jonesboro and surrounding areas.
