This review is about our in-store experience at this location. My husband and I recently stopped in to Arhaus while shopping in the Domain. We were greeted by Jim, one of the designers. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture, fabrics, design options, and warranties. He was very friendly and attentive without being pushy in any way. We enjoyed our time shopping with Jim and will preferentially work with him if we need a new piece. If you are shopping this store, I recommend asking for him!
