My experience with Arhaus Thousand Oaks has been incredibly disappointing. My outdoor sectional was delivered defective, and the replacement arrived with the exact same defects. What should have been a simple resolution turned into months of delays, poor communication, invoicing and refund errors, and repeated follow-up on my part. ARHAUS is my favorite place to shop. Recently (about 6 months ago), Alhana Velasquez, Design Consultant, worked with me non-stop from the end of 2025 though the beginning of 2026, helping me find the right chaise for my bedroom. It was a specific space with limitations and Alhana did her homework. She emailed me many options and we worked back in forth to find the right fit and comfort for my husband. Beautiful store but subpar customer service. A simple greeting would go a long way. Staff that seem happy to help would be a bigger ask, but necessary.
